The law office Eder & Schieschke was founded as early as in 1928 and was transformed into the partnership Eder Schieschke & Partner mbB in 2015. In many years of practice, we have been able to gather considerable experience and extensive expert knowledge in the field of acquiring, maintaining and defending protective rights and in working in all fields of the protection of intellectual property including law of contract, license agreements, know-how agreements and cooperation agreements. Apart from these „classic“ activities, we also turn our attention to strategic counseling regarding the protection of intellectual property (IP), which increasingly comes to the fore in view of the financially beneficial effects of IP portfolios and the applicants‘ costs sensitivity.

Owing to the connections with clients and colleagues in Germany and abroad which we have built up and maintained for decades, we have established an extensive and stable network.
